The Complete Guide to Hunting, Butchering, and Cooking Wild Game, Volume 1: Big Game

Being from the UK I am limited to small game hunting, however I purchased both books in the series. I'm glad I did. They are a fascinating read and Steven has done an excellent job on putting them together. Hopefully one day I can put the knowledge to good use and tackle some larger game and cook up some great food.

Great book made for the American market not our English one. Good info concise to the point small sections that give a good grounding. Got this one becasue a friend of mine bought me the other which is equally excellent.

Great book, does damage real easy it seems.First package the book was pretty beat up, replacement arrived the following day in great condition

I got both vol 1 & 2 and would give it a 5star if not so USA focused.
