Firedoor upgrades
Brought this for a job upgradeing original fire doors . Have used a stright cutter in thd past .This side cutter is priceless .i put the groove in the edge of the doors with ease .such an easier way to work .

Good for intumescents for fire doors
This did the job very quickly as the normal cutter takes longer to use. We used it for 15mm but really it could have cut in a little bit more like 1 or 2 mm extra as the intumescent brush is 15mm exactly and on some frames we found it can make the door tight. On the whole job was done quicker than I thought it would take as we did 7 fire doors in one day with this cutter. My builders were 2 men who worked fast and they did the 7 doors in 1 hour. After that of course it takes time to put the door closers, hinges, locks, paint the doors.
