Cannot vouch for any benefit of ice rolling but this product is probably the best in what it is expected to do. The roolers are smooth and they retain their cool decently well. Had tried one other such product but was absolutely dissatisfied which is contrary to the quality this offers. Go for it especially how well it is priced as well.

This facial roller is really the BEST I’ve used! It’s better than the smaller rollers & the gua sha I’ve used. I like that it has a cover for germ reasons & easy for travel. I keep in the freezer & use it every morning or when going out in the evening prior to applying makeup. You can feel it releasing the lymphatic fluids! Roll up not down. I use on my neck & chest as well.

This thing is easy to use and works perfectly. Stays cold with no condensation. I bought both this and a jade roller and I like this one much better. It stays cold for a long time, really helped my tendinitis and felt amazing on my face.

I don’t necessarily believe it does any true good to your skin, but if you are like me - it just feels good. I usually use it during a late night while watching a movie to stop myself from extra snacking. So, I’m gonna keep using it for sure.
