Best cake tins to use!
I have been baking cakes for years, but have struggled to get a good height on them. These were recommended to me and I won’t be going back! The bake so well and my cakes came out prefectly!

Perfect for large fruit cakes
Despite being very inexpensive, these PME tins are actually very good. The light colour is important in the oven, no over crisping of the bakes and they're nice and solid and smooth, have yet to have anything stick to them (when greased and lined of course). The large 9"x4" solid tin is great for a large fruit cake, in combination with a suitable baking belt from their range, have made a good few now with decent results. It's just on the edge size-wise before a flower pin/nail would need to be used to get the heat to the core, have not needed one with this 9". Bear in mind this is not a loose-bottom (the RND- prefixed tins are solid), could be tricky to remove a cake when hot if it was not very solid, so only use it with suitable cakes.

Does what it says on the tin.
Good depth which is what I wanted it for. Perfect for cakes, ideal size. Strong quality and easy to clean out. Definietly value for money.

Good sturdy pans
I have 2 of the PME 6 inch pans and I have one Masterclass springform 6 inch pan as well. I use these 3 pans to make my 3 layered 6 inch cakes. The PME pans are good but I prefer the Masterclass one ever so slightly due to the better release. However, the PME pans gives a lighter colour cake whereas Masterclass has more browning. The PME pan is very sturdy, easy to use and clean. The masterclass pan is much more expensive than the PME one. Overall, I really like my pans. I’ve used them for 6 months and have baked 5-6 times in them and they’re holding up nicely. Few minor scrapes but expected (all my pans have those).

I bought this to bake brownies in my Instant Pot, and they turned out delicious! The pan fits in the pressure cooker just right. I love the height of the walls of the pan, and it is very easy to clean. It's a nice, sturdy pan. I recommend it to others.
