Great product but had to be assembled by a plumber.The toilet is great due to its 21” height. Makes it easy for elderly to stand up.

We purchased this item for use in a bathroom remodel. It came very well packed and arrived on time. We did not have any issues with the installation.The extra-tall height (almost 21 inches, taller than an ADA-compliant toilet) exceeded our expectations. This is used primarily for a person who has had two knee surgeries and a back surgery and has difficulty getting up and down, and the extra height has made a huge, positive difference. Getting on and off the toilet is much less painful and strenuous than it was with the unit we replaced.I am deducting a star because of what I can only describe as the garbage plumbing hardware (fill valve and flapper valve) and seat supplied with the unit. The seat was wafer thin with plastic fasteners - attempts to tighten them to the point where the seat was firmly attached to the toilet immediately stripped the nylon threads, as noted in other reviews. I agree with the other review recommendations to buy another seat with more robust attachment hardware.The fill valve is a thin plastic affair that looks like it will shatter into a million pieces if you stare at it hard enough.The flapper valve - when installed per directions, right out of its packaging, didn't work - the shoulder of the valve rubbed against the side of the tank when the valve was opened (toilet flushed), lodging the flapper in the open position and causing the tank not to fill and the fill valve to run continuously.My plumber, who's been doing the a while, said it's the worst set of hardware he's ever seen supplied with a toilet. Do yourself a favor and get a complete fill/flapper valve assembly from any reputable plumbing equipment manufacturer and don't even bother installing the supplied items.In summary, if you have a medical need for an extra height toilet then I think this is a good choice, but only if you replace the hardware supplied with it,

Product came as described. Was delivered in two separate packages. Packages were packaged nice and sturdy for travel. Was light enough for me to lift and move around. No leakage. Beautiful as a toilet can be. And also flushes quietly.

Amazing quality in this 21 Inch porcelain toilet! Not difficult to install, although the gasket between the tank and the toilet bowl was a tad flimsy. Being able to sit at this convenient height has been a remarkable help to my eighty one year old husband.HOWEVER, the tank fill valve is substandard. After flushing, just a very small amount of clean water is left in the toilet bowl, leaving the majority of the toilet bowl dry. Urine hits the porcelain part of the dry bowl and splashes back up on the skin of the elderly person voiding. This is unsanitary and unacceptable.I have asked the manufacturer to recommend a replacement valve but have received no response. Our house is only 7 years old and no other toilet fills with this small amount of water.

I’m a tall guy and this toilet was just the ticket. I have spinal cord damage and have trouble with low seats. I installed myself and all the parts needed were included.

Lucky that I am tall and have long legs. Would not recommend 21” for average height people.

Horrible design. Customer bought one would not recommend. Pain in the ass to install… junk
