Ral9010 Pure White Soft Wax Wood Filler Scratch Repair Stick

I ordered this product on a Friday because we were having builders in to finalise some work and we had split a door front veneer and needed to repair it urgently before the builders arrived. We ordered two colours on a next day to get the job done before the builders arrived. We got an email from Amazon saying that the goods would be with us in 2-3 days. I emailed the seller a short email saying I was disappointed as the goods had been required urgently. The following morning, the goods arrived first thing and they were just what we needed, easy to use and good quality. I also received a telephone call from a very nice man that morning explaining that the email was generated automatically by Amazon and that the goods would be with me that morning and not to worry, he was sorry that I had been inconvenienced. What good service!

Excellent product - BUT it is not pure white but off white. I had read this in another review before purchase, so I knew what I was buying - and it was the right colour for us. Loses one star for description.

Easy to use on minor scratches; good price

Doesn’t work as well as we had hoped would have been much better if it was softer or more putty like.

Had few small dents and cracks around the apartment and just wanted to fix it before end of tenancy. Easy to use and does the job. Would highly recommend.

Used successfully to hide slight gaps in a home made white chipboard shelving unit which would otherwise have shown as black lines.

Shaved off tiny pieces then softened in palm until pliable. Then pushed into scratch once touch up pen paint had dried. You need less than you think . Scraped off excess v gently with credit card. Hardly visible and was dreadful scratch in middle of door. Brilliant!
