MicroStitch Tagging Gun Kit – Includes 1 Needle, 600 White Fasteners & 480 Black Fasteners (Starter Kit)

Took a while to figure out but so worth it. I love this product. No clothing failures.

I was so excited to start using this. There were no instructions in the box. I downloaded the instructions from the Avery website. NOWHERE does it say that the needle in the tool is PERMANENT and you have to grab the other needle in the envelope that then needs to be inserted onto the permanent needle. Since I didn't see that, I attempted to 'replace' the permanent needle with the needle inside the envelope. Unfortunately bending the permanent needle in such a way that when I finally do get it to thread correctly, I have to remove the outer needle, pop the permanent one back in before threading it again to use. There is no 'click' sound when threading the ties. Unfortunately I can't return it so while it kinda works, getting it to work is a hassle. Good thing I'm not using it a lot. Otherwise I'd throw it away.

I saw this being used by an influencer on Instagram, and I am so glad I purchased it! I have used it on everything from silk to denim, and it never leaves a hole. My jeans that I cuffed have even stayed cuffed through washes! The only thing I think could make this better is a carrying case. It just comes in the box and doesn't fit back in it very well once you open it. I carry it everywhere, so something a bit more secure for traveling would really help!

I am so glad that I bought this. I use this all the time. Instead of getting out a needle and thread this gun will hold 2 pieces of fabric together without making a hole. It is so easy to take out after you are wanting to separate the pieces of fabric.

I loved this thing and used it all the time, but recently it broke. The needle appears to have broken in the mechanism and the gun keeps sticking. Very sad it only lasted 1.5 years

Handy dandy

Broke almost immediately. It was flimsy and i could tell that the stitches would never hold. Threw it in the trash and purchased another brand.

I felt I was taking a chance with this purchase and the first few minutes seemed like I was right. The gun didnt seem to operate properly. It was not feeding the stitches into the gun correctly. I fiddled around with it for only about 40 to 50 seconds trying to get it to stitch before it worked right. Once it did, it has been great. You do need to make sure the stiches are inserted properly and that will take a touch more than the instructions state. Once you have the feel of it, it is fantastic. It will give you a decent stitch quickly and last. It is not in replacement of a permanent stitch, but it will last a decent amount of time for you to be happy.
