Fissler Original-Profi Collection Stainless Steel 2.7 Quart Milk Pot

We have a small household, this is the most useful every day pot, from boiling pasta, cooking quinoa, steaming veggies to making oatmeal or heating up sauces, just the perfect size. I especially like the handle and the wide rim, making it so easy to pour and definitely mess free. I’ve been using Fissler pots for 14 years, they’re of very high quality and good design. The only minor inconvenience for this pot is I have to get a lid separately.

I love using this for making my goat yoghurt. Just the right size and I don’t have to use a separate measuring cup. Doesn’t scorch my milk like my stock pot I previously used. Clean up is easy unlike the scrubbing on stock pot. Even tho this milk pot was pricey, it saves me time making and clean up. Flavor of yoghurt and smoothness of yoghurt is fantastic in comparison to using prior stock pot (not the Fissler brand stock pot, I had cheap stock pot).

I cringed at paying $140 for a pot, but I wanted German-made. I am awed by the quality of this piece. It is truly heavy-duty, pours flawlessly (better than previous saucepans with spouts), and has a beautiful fit and finish. With its taller height and compact handle, it takes up little space in the cupboard, yet is the perfect size for one or two people. The handle doesn’t get hot and is so comfortable! I will never be satisfied with a standard saucepan handle again. I don’t know why every company doesn't adopt this shape. I am very happy that I bought this. It performs so well that it’s a pleasure to use, and it’s so durable that I will never need to worry about replacing it. Worth every penny!

カラの状態でもかなり重いのですが、筋トレになるのでそれはヨシ。わが家の鍋類はフィスラーとル・クルーゼ、シャスール、と激重い物ばかりです。が、今回のマルチポットは片手鍋なので片手でコレを持つ？と驚くほど（笑）他の重い鍋たちは両手鍋なので！ ヤカンとしてお湯を注いでも変なところから垂れたりしないですし、別売りのふたも全て丸洗いできるのでありがたいです。 片手鍋の取っ手はまっすぐ横に出てるものだと料理中に引っ掛けたりして怖いのですが、こちらは下に曲がっているのでその心配はナシ！おっちょこちょいの子どもたちがカップラーメン用にお湯を夜中に沸かすのもこれなら少し安心です。 27年間使ってきたステンレスのヤカンの取っ手の溶接が取れ、危険を感じたためヤカンを探していました。 ヤカン不要説もたまにブログで拝見しますが、こちらで作ったものはそのまま冷蔵庫で保存できるのでヤカン兼ナベ兼保存容器として活躍してもらいます。こちらも30年以上活躍してくれますように。 ちなみに、フィスラーの鍋類は保温性が高いので、熱々の料理を楽しんだあとは、必ずフタを取ってなるべく早く冷ましてから、またフタをして冷蔵庫へ！27年ほど前に初めてフィスラーの鍋で煮込み料理を作ったあと、フタをしたまま置きっぱなしにしたら料理が痛んでいました。それほど保温性が高いということですよね。この性質を上手に利用してフィスラー鍋を使いこなしましょう！ 数年あるいは毎年、鍋やフライパンの内側が剥がれて買い替えるのはもったいないので。 追記 こちらでお湯を沸騰させても、もちろん取っ手は熱くなく、鍋つかみは不必要です。優秀。昨夜、帰宅したら家族がこちらでお味噌汁を作ってくれていました。残った分はそのまま冷蔵庫保管です。便利！

Sauber verarbeitet-ein hochwertiger Topf, der mir viel Freude bereitet; bin von Fissler bis dato noch nie enttäuscht worden... Habe Fisslertöpfe, die 40 Jahre+ alt sind und immer noch einwandfrei arbeiten, so soll es m. E. sein. Dieser Milchtopf ist top! Schwer, leider teuer und jeden Cent wert-eine sinnvolle Anschaffung, die ( hoffentlich ) viele Jahre ihren Dienst tun wird...

Milch, Milchreis und Gries kochen ist super einfach mit diesem Milchtopf. Nichts hängt an, einfach top!
