Good meter. Requires calibration before first use but asks for 7.00 pH instead of 6.86, which comes with the meter as a powder. Use a pH 7 solution for the '6.86' calibration step.

Included batteries were not working. Put new set in, problem solved.It was showing me a difference of 0.5 Ph difference compared to my old one (those cheaper online ones; blue, yellow)Feels solid and neat. No guess on batteries as LCD will tell when they are empty or close.

Accurate enough for my use, abit on the slower side but i am in no hurry getting a stable reading

The PH meter is not the cheapest but it’s instructions are easy and with ATC it’s simple to use.

I have not been able to calibrate correctly. Calibrating at 4.00 and 6.86 is relatively straightforward but when I try to calibrate 9.18 I have been repeatedly unsuccessful despite trying for over an hour. I even tried remixing new buffer solutions for all three but this didn’t solve the issue.

Unit stopped calibrating in September 2022, we purchased this item in April 2022, very very disappointed, changed batteries, used the correct fluids with device, kept it very clean and looked after, but alas its failed to calibrate and is no longer accurate and is totally unusable.Unit showed signs of failure a few weeks ago when it failed to calibrate past ph 4 calibration, it did the ph 4 and then the ph 6 but then failed on the ph 9 calibration, we replaced batteries and used the correct cleaning fluids throughout its use, we then tried to calibrate again and kept failing at ph 9, now it wont go past calibration of ph 4, and is in no way accurate.Don't waste your money, just buy a Bluelabs PH Meter, far better quality on every level..This item purchased is a total waste of money and I would personally steer well clear of cheap unbranded devices.I will seek a refund, although the box it came in is no longer.I hope this helps anyone thinking of purchasing this unusable item.

A very handy tool. easy to read and set up.Just the thing for the person who does not need a full time bench meter.Definitely worth the money.
