while I am a bit confused as to the concept of 'handcrafted salt', it does have the two things I was looking to find: (1) it's salt, and (2) crunchy bits. Totally meets those requirements.

I bought this to give as flavored gift salts and am SO GLAD I bought extra for myself. I will definitely be buying this brand again. I use it as a finishing salt on all meats and put it on the dinner table to put on anything. It’s not a harsh crunch like kosher salt, it breaks easier and is pleasant to eat.

This is hands down the BEST salt I’ve ever used!! Lately I’ve been trying to find healthier alternatives to your regular processed products. I did some research and found that most salt brands add all sorts of chemicals. Then I found this brand, so far it’s been an eye-opening experience!! I truly taste a difference between this and alternative processed salts! The crystals on this one are soft and melt in your mouth creating an amazing combination of flavors and just the right balance! I have used it to season everything!! Steak, chicken, fish, vegetables, pasta water, you name it! The flavor is exquisite! I also have used it to clean grease form my pans with baking soda and lemon! Works amazing!! The texture is lovely and it adds a level of elegance to your cooking since it’s so visually appealing!! I 100% recommend this product to anyone who is looking for true quality and a natural way to elevate their cooking and everyday use!!

I rarely post reviews, I am very happy to have finally found the perfect sea salt, not all sea salts taste the same or are the same color and at a good price. This Regalo Del Sol, its flavor and color are really natural. I have compared it with other sea salts that I have bought and this Regalo del Sol salt has a lower sodium content. I received it quickly and very well packaged. I definitely prefer this sea salt and soon I will make my second order.

Good quality sea salt from Colima MX. I like the texture & flavor is clean & well packaged & 3 bags is a good deal. I only use this salt for my cooking is a must in my kitchen.

Also has occasional black spots throughout. I ended up grinding it in a coffee grinder to make it finer, but then it gets kind of clumpy. I don't think I'll order this product again, but since it came in two bags, I'll be messing with it for awhile.
