Great product… I don’t normally buy creatine with this type of labelling but it’s just like most creatinine

Does what it says on the tub. Great mixed in with protein shake and milk, but like all other creatine it does not mix well with water alone but drinkable.

A bit gritty but a good product mixes ok
Mixing with water but it can leave a slight gritty bits at the bottom if left to rest ( I sip it throughout my training and does help with the energy)
