Perfect balance of flavours for my taste (I usually find most other fruit teas too sickly sweet, mixed with the hot water) but I enjoyed this one and the smell is amazing! I will enjoy trying over ice in the summer as iced tea. I can’t comment on if it helps with hot flushes as I don’t suffer from them. I will definitely buy these again.

Ok so I drink litters of this cold,love how it tastes, I have endometriosis and have some symptoms similar to menaupose and this has significantly improved my quality of life: Less hot flushes Less cramps A bit less of anxiety I tend to brew it in a 1.5 litter jug with boiling water,pop in fridge once cool, keep the bag in for about 24hours then drink it with a lot of ice (made from the tea as well) I have also noticed my skin being a bit glowly and better digestion I d advise speaking to your GP prior to taking in case any of the herbs in it are not to be used with your current medications Long live twinnings menopause you are the best and I love you (it s 11am and I ve already drank 2,5liters of it lol) Price wise it s very reasonable My only downside is the fact the tea bags are not compostable and the packaging isn't either

I love this tea, I've repurchased it numerous times. It's flavoursome in a 500ml cup.

I was in the mood for something peach-flavoured and gave this a go without much thought. The aroma is a pleasant blend of peach and citrus, as expected. From the first sip, you get a subtle peach flavour that carries through to the aftertaste. The most prominent flavour, however, is a distinct tartness fusion from the orange and citrusy baobab. A word of caution: if you infuse it for too long, this tartness can become unpleasantly sharp. Otherwise, it's a decent and refreshing peach infusion. Now, what I didn't know as I just bought it for its flavour was its potent effect as a digestive aid. The blend contains roasted chicory root, a key source of inulin, which is a natural prebiotic fibre. This soluble fibre is well-known for promoting gut regularity. It was quite a surprise, and it took me a while to put two and two together after having about six large cups throughout the day. This potent effect means the infusion is excellent for digestion, but it also means it's a drink that's best enjoyed in moderation. For its pleasant taste and surprising functional benefits, I'm giving it 4 stars.

This tea is lovely. I found it by accident and when I was advised to give up caffine. I like to leave the tea bag in until I have finished it. Only drink in a small mug as I find if to much hot water is added it tastes watery. I love it cold as well.

Personally I didn’t like the taste. Left a sickly residue
