It is supportive but can be hot in warm weather. Double check the neck measurements before ordering. It needs to be tight to do its job. This neck brace is good for a child or toddler, but it was a little small for my 13-year-old. A full-size neck brace was too large so I guess she’s just in this awkward place where nothing will fit. But if you have a small child, I would say this is great.
