Very sharp, nice weight, does the job! Bought on Chin and Choos recommendation and I’m not disappointed!

Good sturdy knife
We already own one of these and bought a second one to take to family in Thailand. It's got a nice weight to it and holds an edge well. Easy enough to re-sharpen.

Value for money, it's very sharp and never get dull for so long, blade are good quality, it can be compare to that popular wok school, I will buy again, if my wife agree.

It's very sharp so be careful the one I have is not stainless maybe that was just a one off apart from that probably buy again but not at a higher price.
