The Nespresso machine does what it says on the tin. Also, please note that the seller, based in Germany since the manufacturer is German, sent an email requiring us to let them know should we did not receive the machine with the 3-pin power adaptor - which we in fact did. So no issue there. Unlike some reviewers complaining that this item should not be allowed to be sold in the UK because of the different plug, I would say that this is not true since the power for this machine complies with the range allowed, you just need an adaptor. Please read the below article from a FAQ section of a seller of electrical products: "What is the difference between UK voltage and European voltage The voltage used throughout Europe (including the UK) has been harmonised since January 2003 at a nominal 230v 50 Hz (formerly 240V in UK, 220V in the rest of Europe) but this does not mean there has been a real change in the supply. Instead, the new “harmonised voltage limits” in most of Europe (the former 220V nominal countries) are now: 230V -10% +6% (i.e. 207.0 V-243.8 V) In the UK (former 240V nominal) they are: 230V -6% +10% (i.e. 216.2 V – 253.0 V) This effectively means there is no real change of supply voltage, only a change in the “label”, with no incentive for electricity supply companies to actually change the supply voltage. To cope with both sets of limits all modern equipment will therefore be able to accept 230V +/-10% i.e. 207-253V." HTH

Delivered quickly. It's a good coffee machine, appears well made and looks stylish. The only down side for me is the plug arrangement. The machine has a continental two pin plug which fits inside a UK three pin plug and are sevured together with two screws. Had I have know this I wouldn't have ordered it. This is because whilst I said the machine looks stylish the plug is extremely bulky.

Easy , empty recycling pods , dead simple . Makes a nice coffee, choose pods to suit your tastes. Wee Dougie

Have used one of these machines before and it was v good. Sadly the machine I just bought just poured water out with or without capsule inserted. However will try another model!

Best Machines espresso I like it!

Ich bin super zufrieden mit meiner Inissia, die ich seit Anfang Juli 2025 täglich mehrfach nutze. Sie sieht ganz nebenbei auch wunderschön aus. Ich war Nespresso und allgemein Kapselmaschinen gegenüber immer absolut negativ eingestellt, aber diese Maschine und die Nespressokapseln haben mich ganz unerwartet überzeugt. Ursprünglich wollte ich mir wieder eine Siebträgermaschine anschaffen, habe mich aber nach einiger Recherche auf das „Abenteuer“ Kapselmaschine eingelassen. Warum? Ganz einfach - ich kann verschiedene Kaffeesorten nach Lust und Laune zubereiten und nicht nur eine Sorte, wie es zuvor bei der Siebträgermaschine war. Eine angebrochene Tüte Kaffeebohnen muss schließlich relativ zügig verbraucht werden. Da die Kapseln logischerweise geschützt sind, fällt dieses Problem weg. Außerdem geht es schnell, und die Maschine macht quasi keine Arbeit. Bei der Siebträgermaschine hatte der Brühprozess selbst zwar schon eine besondere Magie für mich, aber es ist insgesamt deutlich mehr Arbeit - vor allem im Nachgang. Ich stelle sogar fest, dass ich jetzt mehr Espresso trinke als vorher, weil es nicht mehr so viel Aufwand ist. Jeder mag das natürlich für sich anders beurteilen, aber die Vielfalt, die einfache Handhabung und der sehr gute Geschmack sind für mich momentan unschlagbar. Die originalen Kapseln sind zwar schon sehr teuer, aber man hat ja durchaus eine große Auswahl an Anbietern abseits der originalen Kapseln. Seit Juli habe ich sowohl die originalen Nespressokapseln als auch viele Kapseln anderer Anbieter ausprobiert und bin derzeit komplett bei den Originalkapseln. Alle Kapseln haben hervorragend funktioniert, aber mir persönlich schmeckt das Original am besten. Trotzdem habe ich auch zwei Sorten anderer Anbieter für mich gefunden, die ich auch wieder kaufen würde, und es gibt sicherlich noch mehr! Gibt es bei der Maschine Nachteile? Für mich persönlich nicht. Man kann sogar ein großes Glas drunterstellen (Abtropfsieb hochklappen) und so einen Latte Macchiato oder andere Kaffeespezialitäten kreieren, ganz einfach. Außerdem ist sie klein und dadurch sehr platzsparend. Wenn man allerdings zwei Tassen gleichzeitig machen möchte, könnte das ein Nachteil sein. Manche haben sich auch über die Lautstärke beklagt, aber für mich ist das völlig ok. Aber auch das sieht jeder anders. Ich hoffe jedenfalls, dass die Inissia mich einige Jahre begleiten wird. Für mich war es die richtige Entscheidung!

C'est ma deuxième machines Nespresso en 9 ans, la première ayant rendu l'âme et les pièces détachées coûtant plus cher, j'ai opté pour cette petite machine qui a tout d'un modèle haut de gamme, certes elles est un peu plus bruyante que ses grandes soeurs mais elle fait du très bon café, et a vrai dire je ne vois plus l'intérêt de mettre autant d'argent pour nos petites capsules. Le seul petit hic comparativement au modèle emblématique " Citiz" est le bac a capsules qui est petit , il contiendra à peu près une dizaines de capsules maximum, et le bac à eau est de petite taille, mais l'avantage majeure est qu'elle est ultra transportable ! Et c'est un grand plus . ATTENTION !! IL EST MARQUÉ SUR LA BOÎTE QU'IL Y A 15 CAPSULES QUI SERONT OFFERTES OR JE NE LES AI PAS TROUVÉ DANS LA BOÎTE DE LA MACHINE , SOIT C'EST LIÉ À UNE OFFRE EXPIRÉE SOIT LES LIVREURS ONT TOUT SIMPLEMENT VOLÉ LE CONTENU , ET AYANT CONTACTER LE SERVICE CLIENTS AMAZON, ILS M'ONT GENTILLEMENT RENVOYER VERS LE SERVICE CLIENTS DE LA MARQUE QUI NE M'ONT JAMAIS RÉPONDU.....
