I love L-Tyrosine! I use a larger dose for myself and noticed after a month that my chess scores improved by 40%. So it clearly improves cognitive function. I went out seeking a smaller dose for my child who struggles with ADHD and I noticed a huge difference. If you have a child with ADHD, you know they happen to make a 20 minute task into a 2 hour struggle. While being on this, he was able to improve his focus tremendously and get his work done without the extra time struggle!
