Short Stockmans Country Wax Jacket In Unisex Styling

Very good coat , excellent in bad weather ,would recomend. One third the price, and just as good as a well known Australian jacket.*****(Small gripe - needs a hood)

Very good jacket, exactly as described & value for money

I gave this jacket one star for the trouble the seller went through in obtaining the correct size. Sadly I was looking for a waterproof jacket for long dog walks during inclement weather. Sadly, I have just finished a one & a half hour walk in the rain & I am soaked through. The rain has penetrated both the large shoulder protectors & the coat itself.The waxed jacket it was supposed to replace gave me better protection & that cost half the price of this one.I shall now have to re wax this garment, which is something one should not expect from a new waxed jacket.I'm sorry to give such a poor review but if your looking for a good wet weather walking jacket, avoid this one.Update on the previous review.I have now uprated this to 3 stars. I have just re-waxed this garment & been out on another long walk in warm, sultry weather with the odd light shower. I still got home with the top half of the inside of the jacket soaking wet but have realised that it is not so much letting water in as not letting body warmth out, (even though I only had a polo shirt on underneath). I know that waxed cotton is not in itself very breathable, but I have not had this problem with my previous wax jackets.It looks as though this jacket will be relegated to colder, wet weather (with some layers underneath).A shame as I really want to like this jacket.

Cannot fault this jacket! Correct fit, enough room for a thick sweater but still OK without, longish sleeves and perfect length for me at 5ft 11 ins. It feels and looks great and the quality of construction is excellent. Sturdy zip and even the poppers have just the right amount of strength/hold. Colour and style are spot on!!Oh, and it's waterproof.

wear I am a petite size ten so worried about the fit but it is perfect with space for a warm fleece/jumper if required just the right lengthWould recommend product seems robust strong zip and studs nicely made Anne from Wirral

The product itself was fine, although not as tailored as it looks in the photo. I returned it because it was much too large so I would advise caution in selecting sizes.

The 'Stockman' range is a traditional outdoor item to keep you dry even on the wettest of days; this version is slightly shorter making it an idea coat to wear while driving and suitable for dashes in and out of places; good to have if you are going out in the dry but the threat of a downpour is there.Would recommend this to all to have pooches to walk in the woods.

Quality made wax jacket.Size L seem to be too large for me.I have had to return this jacket for size S
