Carhartt Heavy Haul Utility Duffel Bag's, Water-Resistant Packable Bag for Jobsite, Gym, and Travel

I recently went to Africa on safari. Since some of the flights I was taking were on 12 seat planes I was warned in advance of size and weight restrictions. I was also advised that soft sided bags would work best. This bag worked great. It made it through several flights in major airports and very small local airports. I was able to fit everything I needed in it. It came through without a scratch. It did get pretty heavy since I packed it totally full. I did not use the shoulder straps. The color also made it easy to spot.

Love this bag great for multiple blankets and a pillow with a little room left over for 2 days worth of cloths. Very sturdy all around.

I work long shift work and need to carry about a week of clothes and such with me. It fits everything I need and then some. A duffel bag is always my preferred go to and this fit the bill. The price made me have buyers remorse all up until I opened it. It’s great, the quality is outstanding and I can see this lasting for years and years. The material is thick, the orange color hasn’t faded in a few months of sun exposure, and the seams are still strong. 10/10 would buy again

I have used this bag now on at least 10 trips and it is excellent. Plenty of pockets for organization. I love the inner bag that is perfect for shoes or dirty clothes. Showing no signs of wear after nearly a year of use.

I always liked the quality of Carhatt clothing but had never purchased their luggage before. Bought this duffel for an African safari during which it was filled to the brim, shoved into various cargo holds, and tossed around repeatedly. It held up beautifully. Zippers (the most important part) are very sturdy and the handle snaps are secure and well-fitting. The large interior held everything my teenage son needed for 3 weeks of travel. The two end pockets can each fit a large pair of hiking boots and the smaller side pockets provide easy access to items like glasses, phone chargers, medication, etc. Highly recommend.

This bag is the perfect size for a couple day trip for an over-packer like me. The side pocket for shoes and/or dirty clothes is awesome. When I saw the backpack feature I was a little hesitant at first. I tried out the backpack feature, and it was surprisingly really comfortable. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because I would've loved to have the shoulder strap option as well. Regardless, I would still recommend it to others.

Great quality bag. I took this on a 8 day trip and somehow fit all of my cloths in it. It’s not as big as I thought it was when I bought it. But it’s big enough and I needed something fast. It being soft sided and having backpack straps is a huge plus. It’s expensive and seems like it’s worth it. Time will be the judge of that. I thinks it’s a good purchase.

I mean, it's Carhartt. What else can you say?! I've had this bag now for 3 1/2 years and it still looks brand new! I have definitely put it through the ringer in and out of a rig and on several plane rides! It definitely has the storage capacity that it says it does. None of the zippers have broke! None of the stitches have come loose. And it definitely is water resistant. The backpack straps make it easy when you have a long walk and don't wanna side arm carry it.

Been using this bag for over a year now for work, I’m not easy on it. It gets throw, it gets over packed. It is a very well constructed bag for people working in trades
