This dog grooming kit arrived in a sealed good quality carton and represents outstanding value. The dog clipper is built from good quality materials and has 2 motor speeds and an adjustable blade together with a 99 minute battery and LED countdown display. There are a plethora of colour coded attachments to grade the cut and the kit also includes a robust pair of nail clippers and a stainless steel comb. I purchased the kit to trim our Border Collie and the device was easy to use and quiet in operation. This is the first time I’ve ever groomed a dog and the results were superb. That said, the results will all defend on how well behaved your dog is and whether he, or, she will keep still long enough. There’s plenty of tutorials on YouTube that are well worth watching if, like me, you are new to dog grooming.

Great trimmers & accessories. I use them on my puppy & they're very handy being cordless. Bought back in April 2025 & sadly broke the smallest comb attachment 7months later, but can't fault the aftercare from Barberboss. I tried to order a replacement on their website but encountered an issue with my address on the final shopping cart page so I sent them an email with photos of broken comb attachment & told them of the issue I was experiencing on their website when trying to buy a replacement comb attachment. They have sent a replacement part free, which is great as they say they guarantee for 12months. They were extremely helpful & i would definitely buy from them again. I would suggest folk take care when removing & attaching combs. It's handy to know you can buy replacements on their website.

I brought these for clipping my English springer spaniel and they've been the best purchase to date. They are so quiet which doesn't unsettle the dog while I'm clipping his hair and left him pretty relaxed. The guides included are easy to attach and stayed in place. It was ok me over an hour and a half to clip him and the battery only drained to 40% (out of the box) giving a nice long battery life. They look great and feel great to use leaving me pleasantly surprised. Definitely a great pair of clippers for the price

I’m giving this 1 star. Not because it’s a bad product but because it doesn’t charge. So when it runs out. Which it’s obviously going to it will be rendered absolutely useless. It’s a great clipper and very quiet but I won’t be able to use it soon so rubbish for the long term ☹️ So I must update this review having contacted the supplier who gave me some advice to check whether I had been making any mistakes charging the trimmer. Having followed advice with no success I was sent a replacement. No quibble. The emails from the customer service team were extremely polite and helpful. If you buy anything from them I would guess it would be the same. I now have a new trimmer and all works well. I guess sometimes you just get a dud.

I was skeptical about these BarberBoss Cordless Dog Grooming Clippers at first. I usually do a lot of research before making any Amazon purchase, and while the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, I was still hesitant because of how affordable these clippers are, especially compared to Wahl, which I’ve always trusted. But after seeing real customer photos and verifying the reviews, I decided to give them a try, knowing I could always return them if they didn’t work for my dog. I have a Maltese, and anyone who owns one knows how tough their fur can be to maintain. To my surprise, these clippers handled my dog’s coat extremely well, even though there were occasional mats that took a bit more effort (which is expected with any clipper). Overall, they cut through the fur with ease, and I didn’t feel like I was struggling. For the price, the performance is way beyond what I expected. I’m genuinely impressed and happy I didn’t go with Wahl again, these clippers saved me money and did the job just as well. If you’re looking for an affordable yet effective option, I definitely recommend them!

So easy to use and takes batteries so brilliant

The hair clippers are amazing but only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the nail clippers are terrible for a dog they must be more for cats it really hurt my dog when I tried and he squealed and cried really loud but it doesn't work my dogs well my dog he's 12 yo he's a old dog but the haircut he got from these hair clippers took 5-10 years of his life he looks stunning but I wanted to bring this to people ATTENTION = nail clippers ain't suitable for dogs must be for cats just wanted to say this so none one else hurts their dogs but 4/5 stars from me would be 5 stars if nail clippers worked and didn't hurt my dog
