I've just started these today
I was looking for some supplement to help with mental clarity and alertness. I had a stroke 3 years ago and while most functions have returned I still feel a little foggy, especially in the morning. I'd heard about gingko bilobas ability to help clarify thoughts and increase alertness. I thought why not give it a try,so I ordered a bottle to see if they actually do really work. Just started this morning with morning with breakfast. No upset stomach or other GI upset. The capsule may look big but it's really easy to swallow. I'll follow up my review after a few weeks trial.
