Got this as part of the process of switching to a fully PVC-free home oxygen system - PVC is actually pretty toxic, especially to the respiratory system (ironic, I know, since, in the U.S., most O2 supplies that have tubing are made of PVC), and I seem to have also developed an allergy to it. Of the components of this adapter, I kept the brown plastic piece, which fit my Salter Labs humidifier bottle perfectly, and replaced the removable piece of PVC tubing with 3/16"x5/16" medical grade platinum silicone tubing (also purchased on Amazon) that I cut to length (in case anyone's wondering, 3/16" is the correct inner diameter for tubing for oxygen/nebulizer connectors, at least in the U.S.). It has been a bit over a month and it is working great, no issues, and I now have a home oxygen system that has zero toxic PVC.

Arrived on-time, in new condition, worked as advertised, and was inexpensive with free shipping. My aftermarket water-infuser bottle for my O2 condenser developed a crack in the plastic under the bottles tubing input connection (above the screw-in top piece). So, it no longer sealed properly. I bought this '1pk 12" Oxygen Humidifier Bottle Adapter Tubing' hoping it would fit the same screw hole at the top of the bottle. It fit perfectly! It took me less time to install this new piece than it took to get it out of the plastic bag it came in! Great seal, works well, easy to install. Hope this helps someone. :)

My grandma's dr recommended a bubbler but this piece was missing. Happy I could order it for cheap and have a quick solution. Fits the bubbler and concentrator well.
