I wanted some picture frames to display my kids’ pictures at work. I ordered two packs of four from this company. One of the packages had one frame with a scratch on it that I couldn’t get off. I sent a message, and they responded right away, and I had a new set of four frames within a week. I also received a follow-up email to ensure I had received them and that there was no damage to the new set. I was very impressed with the customer service and quick turnaround time, I wish all companies had this level of customer service!

These frames are beautiful and high quality. A bargain for the price point. I received them on Wednesday and when I open them on Thursday I found that the glass in one of them was broken. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new set free of charge that arrived on Saturday. They were very easy to work with. I would definitely buy from them again.

Very nice frames and the woodgrain color is just what I wanted. Especially like the clips in the back to hold the picture in place. This was a great purchase!

Really nice, sturdy and pretty frames for the price. I wanted something sort of in-expensive for my kiddos 8X10 sports team/ individual collage pics. Something I didn't have to live with forever because it costs so much (don't know 1/2 the kids in the pics - lol!) and these frames hit the mark! They're actually nice enough that I'd put family pics in them later!
