4 x Energy Saving Halogen Candles 42W (=55W-60W) SES E14 Eco Classic Light Bulbs, Small Edison Screw Cap, Dimmable Lamps, 630 Lumen, Mains 240V

I had the bulbs in a tree of three and a standard lamp. Have to use Halogen/filament due to LED migraines.Unfortunately two of the four blew within a few days, which was disappointing.Seller pretty much shrugged their shoulders "Not our fault their quality isn't very good"...

The rating on these is a D - not energy saving and 2 bulbs had already blown by the time i got them as though they were returned bulbs?other 2 work fine and are nice and bright

Packaging seems okay, the set of four came wrapped and sealed in bubblewrap. One of the four bulbs is not working on arrival, it seems like a manufacturing defect instead of a shipping or handling issue, as one of the small metal pieces coming out of the central glass piece connecting it to the base, that in all other cases is wrapped around it's corresponding connector wire, is simply not bent enough to touch the corresponding wire.Working bulbs work great overall.

3 CAME BROKEN. BAD PACKAGINGTHE ONES THAT I REPLACED, STILL WORK AND LIGHT UP JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS ONES.NO PROBLEM WITH THE BULBS, JUST THE REALLY RUBBISH PACKAGING AND LACK OF PROTECTIVE BUBBLE WRAP.

The energy rating in the description says different. Thats why i chose this product and its all a lie

I only gave this a rating of 1. excellent bright bulbs,however, i have ordered this item twice now with the same result.both times they arrived in a box then packed with paperthen 4 bulbs in individual boxes wrapped in bubble wrap.you would think that was great,real answer is NO.when you shake the main box they arrived in, you can hear that there is something wrong inside.i.e. a broken glass sound.so clearly they where put in all this packaging knowing something was broken.very bad practice by the seller.i cannot comprehend this behaviour.BECAUSE THIS HAS HAPPEND TWICE.Amazon said they would give me a £5 credit on my account for the 1st one, this didn't happen.so i really kicked off when the 2nd one arrived in the same state. so I've had an email stating am getting a full refund into my bank account soon.ADVICE. order at you peril

It’s a light bulb!!! Won’t know if they are any good or value for money until they’ve been in use for a couple of years and haven’t blown!Since the original review all 4 have blown in less than two years and I've had to buy more. They are no longer available locally, so have to be bought online. Which suggests they are no longer popular. Our light fittings and rooms need 3 of these to provide good light. We like the fittings which when we first had them we could buy spiral low energy bulbs for, but they seem not to be available. Maybe it is time to replace the fittings and luminaires with LED's. But hey ho, these bulbs are cheap enough despite their comparatively short life span and still available on-line with good delivery,

Bulbs perform OK but the package was quite damaged when it arrived. We checked to make sure no bulbs were smashed and all seemed OK, we put them in the drawer ready for use. First one we used was fine, then the next one upon closer inspection was bent so it wouldnt screw into the socket. We then checked the others for the same fault and sure enough 1 of the others was the same. Passed the return window, so only 2 out of 4 are OK. Not happy.
