Nice small pouch. Opens like a book. Has velcro inside and out. A real help in organizing. I'm using them more like admin pouches. But whatever. They're really handy. And seem well made. The belt straps on the back are probably the weak point. We'll see. It's just laser cut belt loops on the back. No molle. Still nice though.

It’s a great ifak for the price. Good quality and isn’t bulky like my last one. However it is a bit small as in if it were thicker it’d be easer to load. I had to stuff my trauma kit in and work the zipper a bit to close it but other than that it’s a solid piece of kit.

I purchased this Pouch to make a Trauma Pouch to add to my Day Bag kit. I purchased the khaki. as most of my gear is Khaki. I had several light green tourniquets and added one of those to the loops beneath. I also added a set of Hy Fin vents, two compressed gauze, and two packs of Bleedstop. For me this pouch is strictly for Trauma injury such as gun shot or other penetrating wound. Personal First aid kit was already in the day bag.

Nice pouch, construction seems solid, I like the material. size is perfect for what I need but it's not a rip away pouch. It does have a loop side that can be used if you want to be creative and make your own rip-away. I plan on keeping and using the pouch but not for what I purchased it for.

Use for work out in the field. Works great and stays attached via belt. Velcro on the inside prevents anything inside from shaking around

my EDC.. i have this inside everybackpack i use be it just in a pocket or on a molle panel inside a backpack! super! i dont want to miss that thing!
