Good Spare part
Best option for extending the life of some epson workforce scanners

Product not working, unable to return or exchange
It took some time to get our part swapped out for this new part, it ended up being outside of the return window and when I contacted the seller they insisted that the part is fine. The smaller roller comes off the dowel and moves causing a grinding noise in the scanner.
