Don't think about it, just read this book!
Absolutely phenomenal book. Jordan's whole approach is to make fitness, movement and nutrition a focus you have for life - not just for a month, or a few weeks. I've been working out for a long time now and I still got a huge amount of value from this book. It was a pleasure to read, the tips can be put to action immediately and I have found my mindset has shifted since reading. It is told with fantastic humour, with some laugh out loud anecdotes to boot. Don't think about it, pick up a copy

One of the best books I have ever read..
The most mind opening book. Knocks into touch all the stupid things you believe about being healthy and encourages a positive attitude to food, exercise and body image. I would recommend this book to everyone wanting to improve on all aspects of their fitness/health journey. Thanks To Jordan and Michael for taking the time and energy to write it all down.
