The product arrived quickly and was neatly packaged. Unfortunately, the cables were too neatly wrapped. Trying to remove all the plastic with scissors or a knife can easily damage the cable. The sheer number of different plastic wrappers makes it difficult to see where each cable begins or ends. It's also disappointing that the light bulb wasn't included. Now I have to go out and buy one somewhere. I could have just bought the lamp in the first place. And I don't know what kind of light bulb belongs in there, or what size. The quality and appearance are good for the price.
