TOP QUALITY
I recently invested in the TEENO Hydraulic Crimping Tool, and I have to say, it's hands down one of the best tools I’ve ever used for crimping electrical cables. As someone who frequently works with battery cables and wire lug terminals, I needed something that was not only durable but also precise—and this crimping tool exceeded my expectations in every way. The first thing I noticed was the build quality. This tool feels solid and well-made right out of the box. The hydraulic mechanism is smooth and powerful, and I love how easily it crimped through thicker cables without any effort. The 12mm stroke is the perfect size, providing a strong, consistent crimp every time. I’ve used crimpers in the past that just didn’t give enough pressure or precision, but with this tool, I could feel the crimp take place with confidence. It’s sturdy and well-engineered, which makes a huge difference when you’re working with high-tension cables like I do. The 9 hex dies included in the kit are a major bonus. I can crimp cables from 4mm² to 70mm² without needing multiple tools. This flexibility means I don’t have to swap between different crimpers for different sizes, which is a huge time-saver. Whether I’m working with smaller wires or larger battery cables, this tool handles it all perfectly. The dies fit securely and are easy to change, which I really appreciate because I tend to work fast and don’t want to waste any time. One thing I particularly love about the TEENO crimping tool is how ergonomic it is. The handles are comfortable to grip, even during longer crimping sessions, and I didn’t experience any hand fatigue. The hydraulic power takes a lot of the manual effort out of the job, so it feels almost effortless to crimp even the toughest cables. It makes a tedious job feel much more manageable. For someone who does a lot of DIY electrical work, this crimping tool is an absolute game-changer. The 10-ton crimping force ensures that every connection is tight and secure, which is essential for safety, especially when working with high-power applications like battery terminals. The tool is built to last, and I’ve already noticed that the precision and ease of use have made my projects quicker and more professional-looking. Overall, the TEENO Hydraulic Crimping Tool has been an amazing addition to my toolbox. The combination of its high-quality construction, powerful hydraulic mechanism, and versatility makes it one of the best crimping tools I’ve used. If you’re looking for a reliable, top-quality tool that gets the job done with ease, this one is definitely worth every penny.

Over the moon i bought this crimper
I do not have a strong grip but using this crimper was so easy and has saved me so much money having to pay someone else to crimp o rings onto ends of cables. Also now that i have these, i can confidently mix n match any kind of thick cable terminal that i need for specific purposes. Not only saving me more money but it takes away the frustration of spending hours looking for cables of specific thicknesses with specific types of terminal ends. The tool is very sturdy with a solid heaviness to it, will last me for years. The hydraulic system is easy to use simply squeeze the handle a few times and each time you do that the jaws close in on the part to be crimped. I highly recommend. Great value. Has paid for itself alredy with me not having to pay someone else to crimp cable terminal ends.

Fiddly free hand, but still good value
Very good, would have given it 5 star if it had a return spring on the handle. Not a problem when you are using a vice, free hand is awkward as in holding the lug and cable in one hand and trying to pump hold tge and operate the unit in the other. Gets the job done, for the money it’s spot on

Make your life easy
Well worth the money, take the strain out of crimping big fat wires. I wouldn't use anything else now I've tried these

Easy to use.
Found this easy to use as it doesn't take as much energy to crimp terminals as opposed to a manual crimper. The only this till you get used to it is when you initially start to compress the jaws it takes a few pumps if you have release all the pressure.

Crimp Jaws off centre - could not use
Having to return unused as when the selected jaw pieces are brought together they dont line up, so would have produced an off shaped pattern and not a complete hexagon. It is more pronounced in the smaller sizes. Tried turning pieces around,no difference.

Poor quality control
It's meh. Overall condition is off. It's pretty poorly made. Feels cheap, the head looks like a topographical map. As if an apprentice forget crafted it themselves. The die also do not line up, so if you're OCD about your work then prepare to be disappointed. The instructions and box are extremely poorly translated English. But hey, it does tighten and the valve does release pressure - piston resets itself. I'm not entirely convinced it's rated to the pressure it claims.
