Great flavour - Good for IBS-C sufferers but not daily - read below..
Just got these and only giving 4 stars as I don’t know how effective they are yet for regulating bowel movements and combatting constipation BUT my god they taste lovely! Like Jam doughnut flavour!!! If it helps I had read that magnesium citrate shouldn’t be used daily and only during bouts of bad constipation when you need to shift it if you haven’t had a bowel movement for several days. So I’m using them that way and using a fibre alternative for regular bowel movements. For that I am using Optifibre by Nestle which is recommended for IBS sufferers, as are these gummies. Hope that might help other IBS sufferers.

Too Sugary
Why so much sugar? Sugary gum (it’s not a chewy gum, but more like a soft American hard gum) and a sugar coating. I don’t get it. Surely these are an adult supplement? Won’t buy again but going off to look for something more palatable or simply swallow.
