Waterdrop works great for us. Never run out of water. Water taste great. Easy to change filters. Occasional I have questions and Waterdrop was very helpful. Great product, great company.

I've been using this system for 9 months now and continue to appreciate almost everything about it.The taste of the water has spoiled me so much that I now find the taste of my old preferred brand of bottled water unpleasant.The digital screen on the water faucet provides advanced notice as each filter needs replacement.The filters are simple to replace by twisting 1/4 turn to unlock, remove / replace with no need to shut off the water supply ect.After replacement, the system automatically cycles and flushes the new filter cartridge.No more humping cases of bottled drinking water and 5 gal jugs of coffee water.Just makes life a little easier.
