They stay in the ground!
I’ve bought several of this style on Amazon over the years but these are the best. Some other arrangements may look better but the holder and spike into the ground are flimsy. These look good and the spike is substantial! You put it in first and these securely snap on. I’m definitely reordering.

These are beautiful!
The flowers are beautiful! I'm thinking of ordering more in the beautiful different colors. I think the stake should be a little longer to make sure the wind doesn't carry them away.

Cheap! Nothing like the pic!
Looks nothing like pic advertised!Don't waste money on these. These thin flowers are a disgrace to put on a loved ones grave. Seller should seriously be ashamed!
