Kids, hide your "monster energy" in this ;)
We bought MORE of these when on offer the other day £3.18 ..which was cheaper than buying a replacement lid, is multiple secret santa's & small "premium branded" presents for not much cash, on something we all do HYDRATE.Sometimes a 1 litre, 750ml size is just too much to carry (bag & clothing dependent) especially if taking our HOT & COLD Sigg thermos's out with us as well for a morning coffee ...500ml therefore of cold drink is compact & carries easily (& is still refillable).500ml might not fit in with GYM BEASTS ..but for many this will be fine, the lid seals, locks & unlocks with one hand (well we manage it on the go).The colour choice may be what a 6th fomer needs to slip a monster energy in (having de-gassed it a bit more) ...to help a sleepy sixth former disguise their alternate to coffee boost) ..yes that's wrong but so is the cynicism of holding a coffee in one hand whilst berating a kid for an energy drink TEACHER ..our daughter gets up at 5 am to get to school (countryside) so stimulants can sometimes be useful in order not to waste a day.Don't drop this it may crack, that said we've had numerous school years with larger wide mouth siggs similar to this & no problem, ..hand wash, don't be lazy & stick it in the dishwasher, hot water may weaken plastic intended for a cold drinks only, these are dishwasher safe on the spec but we never do that as sishwashers strain & re-process water from the gunk pit of that filter you forget to clean!Handwashing only takes a minute, a periodic clean (soak) is adviseable to get in behind seals, inspect for any gunk build up (rare but possible) ..obviously the more neutral your drink ((WATER)) the better for keeping a bottle niff free & neutral tasting. ...milton tablets help deep cleanse, sigg tablets are "milton-esque"The lid design is a winner (it stems from the launch some 6 years ago of Sigg's "hot & cold one" ..no time wasted, & easy access on a packed tube.Get yourself sorted, get a Sigg (spares available too)

Broke!
This is a very good bottle that doesn't leak. I got it for my son and he dropped it withing a week of getting it when it was full onto a tiled surface and the bottle cracked! I wouldn't have expected it to brake so easily. He is seven so he didn't drop it from a significant height. I gave it 3 stars because it is a good bottle and just the right size for him to take to school/walks. Easy to open. I got him another one of these and now he has 2 lids.

Excellent travel bottle
I bought this to replace a metal Sigg bottle I'd had for years (and then left on a bus).750ml is big enough to be useful while easy to carry. From my desk to the gym and out and about this thing hasn't been treated well but has never leaked a drop. Easy to refill, with a nice lock on the lid to prevent accidental opening in bags. Has been though the dishwasher too and hasn't discoloured.

It's good as long as you don't drop it!
I got this for my kid, and before the term's finished, it now sports a crack down on the side.Clearly SIGG hasn't made the bottle robust enough to survive a Year 1's use in school. Very disappointing from Sigg as I associate them with quality products

Three Stars
Not easy to open for children. Definitely not possible to open with one hand as described. Otherwise good.
