So when this arrived it was vacume sealed and looked flat.. I looked at the reviews and it said to take it out the cover and get air to it and it worked a treatafter hour it came to life very plum and thick. Good for the piece aswell it's incredible an item I would highly recommend. Just give it time to plump up

The cover is lovely and soft but the pillow which comes vacuum packed does not expand much at all. It remains flat and does not offer any neck support so is useless.

I picked these cushions based on the average score without looking into it too much. But after reading the reviews more closely, I'm afraid I've had the same issue as many others before me. One of the cushions was perfectly plump, while the other was as flat as a pancake. No amount of leaving it out, pulling or squeezing would restore its shape and it is totally unfit for purpose. Very disappointing.

They came really flat as expected but didn’t puff up. I bought two of these so me and my partner spent an hour getting air into them and squishing them about. The memory foam isn’t the best quality either there’s random hard bits on them so had to cut them off. Only good thing is that the covers are removable so good to wash but don’t know how well they’ll hold up in the machine. Only kept them as I need them for a trip and they were a last minute buy for my kids.

Kids loved
