Missing info
I just received this cookbook yesterday and have not tried any of the recipes. However, while I find many of the recipes very interesting, and I want to try them, I've noticed several issues:1. There are no page numbers. If you see a recipe in the Table of Contents listed on page 32, you can't find page 32.2. On the Cabbage and Beef Stew recipe (which sounds delish), it says to put the beef brisket in your instant pot, ADD WATER, pepper, garlic, etc....but no where in the ingredients does it state how much water to use....in fact, water is not even listed. SO, do I put in 1 cup, 2 cups, more/less?3. There are 2 recipes called Garlicky Broccoli.....they are very similar but not the exact same - confusing to have two recipes with same name.4. On the Navy Beans Mix, the first ingredient is: 3 bacon strips, chopped. It does not state cooked or uncooked. But in the directions below after the beans are cooked it says to "mash a little bit using a potato masher, ADD BACON, toss, divide between plates, etc." Am I to add raw bacon? Common sense says to cook it before adding.5. Another big issue for me is that the author never states whether to release pressure naturally, quickly, or a combination of the two. Every other Instant Pot cookbook I own includes that information as it can make a difference to the cook of that dish.As I said above, I am interested in many of the recipes, but will have to use own judgement on discrepancies in this cookbook.

Good Recipes - Poorly Edited
Like many other reviewers, I just don’t get why the pages aren’t numbered. I’ve never bought a book where I’m expected to number my own pages?!? Also, I don’t trust some of the nutritional values given (Creamy Celery Mix - 1539mg sodium?; Squash Salad - 1368mg sodium? These figures can’t be right from what I can see in the ingredients). If I can’t trust those figures, I don’t trust the rest of the figures given. Also, not clear in the instructions- doesn’t give info for quick release and natural release pressures for the recipes. This is important information, especially when you’re new to pressure cooking (like me). However, the recipes sound tasty, so I’ll keep the book. As I get more familiar with Instant Pot cooking, I’ll figure out the pressure release information and make notes in the recipes. And number the pages myself.🙄

A Pretty Good, No-Frills Pick
Kind of sparse directions, and there’s no page numbers despite having a table of contents. That said, if you’re an experienced home cook that doesn’t mind a lack of pictures/instruction, this has some pretty good recipes that are open for modification. And it has plenty of space for notes!

Book had no page numbers!
Although this book has a table of contents with page numbers, the actual pages AREN’T numbered making it very difficult to find recipes. Also, many recipes called for coconut aminos—an ingredient I didn’t have and had never heard of. Have yet to try making any of the recipes.

The pages are not numbered?
I have just received my copy of this paperback cookbook. While many of the recipes look like something we would like, the table of contents is practically useless. The pages of my book are NOT numbered! Was it edited or proofread?

Disappointed
I was really excited about this book. I was very disappointed when it arrived and I opened it. The book is beautiful on in great condition except, not the sellers fault, the book inside is in bad quality black n white. It is hard to read and looks bkurry in some places due to the copy quality. I do not recommend this book. The info may be good but the quality of the inside is so bad its hard to even try to read the information inside.

Full of typos and errors
The kindest thing I can say about this book it’s poorly edited. The narrative is full of typos and errors that change the meaning of sentences. At least one recipe was missing the key ingredient— the meat! Biggest issue is that the instructions say nothing about settings to actually cook them in an Instant Pot. I found the book useless and am sorry I bought it!

Instructions
The recipes sound good, but the instructions fail to tell you if you do a quick release or a natural release, or that you even close the vent, or just put a regular lid on the instant pot.
