This makes nice bread (with help from me). Basic loaves, malted wholegrain, new york rye, scandinavian rye, flat breads, it works well with everything.Would recommend above most others of the same or similar type.

Used Hovis Bakery Fast Action Bread Yeast for many years. Living in Spain getting hold of Fast Action Dried Yeast is not easy - so Amazon supplying 60 sachets with free delivery is just great

big pack and for bread machines it works well
I use this in my bread machine. Works well although I didn't realise it was quite such a huge pack. Will last me a year or so i guess!
