All Weather Durable Front and Rear Shooting Rest Bags, Rifle Rest Sand Bag for Bench Rest Shooting, Hunting, Target & Competitive Sports Shooting-Unfilled

I've said time and time again that I needed to obtain some type of "beanbag" rest for using any long rifle practice and/or hunting scenario due to the stability of them. Well, I finally broke down and found exactly what I was needing. Of course, Amazon had it under control and with very quick shipping, I had em in no time. Definitely a "must-have" for the long-range rifle shooter and Definitely recommended.

So that you know, it doesn't come filled. I must have overlooked that. With that said, some airsoft plastic pellets or rice are all you need. These have been a perfect range companion and are the perfect size for my hunting rifle to rest on.

First impression, these are super similar to Caldwell bags - fit and finish isn't quite as nice but they're cheap rest bags.The set I recieved are undamaged, color matches, and all of the stitching looks fine.The plastic hardware doesn't inspire confidence. If you're going to use a heavy fill medium, the plastic clip may not hold the weight of the large bag.Overall they are the quality I expected for the price.For everyone leaving negative reviews about them being shipped empt - this isn’t a surprise, just read the description.When filling the bags thin medium like sand is going to leak out of the stitching eventually. Instead of filling directly get 2 turkey oven bags and put one inside the other. Next stuff the turkey bag into the rest bag.Blow the turkey bag up inside the shooting rest to push out all the corners of the bag. You can poke the turkey bag into the ears on the rear bag with a spoon/ similar smooth object (dont puncture the plastic bag).Now fill the plastic bag inside the rest bag with your preferred fill medium. I use super cheap rice and dried beans. Shake the bag as you fill and just keep going until you achieve your desired firmness. Tie off the turkey bag with several knots to ensure it doesn't open over time. Stuff into the bag and close the fill neck.Leave some (not a tremendous amount) of empty space inside the bags to allow your rifle to settle comfortably into the bag like a pillow.Like most cheap shooting rest bags, DO NOT REST THE MUZZLE OF YOUR GUN ON THE BAG WHILE SHOOTING. This will damage the bag, and it won't be due to the quality of the bag.If shooting with a large muzzle brake that directs significant blast to the rear, I suggest putting a cheap piece of carpet or floor mat over the bag to avoid bursting or burning the bag.

I needed a front rest bag and this was in my price range. Filled it with old corn cobb from my tumbler and it supports whatever firearm I put on it.

I take it with me every time I go to the range. Fill it up with rice so it's not to heavy and can mold easily. Totally recommended for you. Good quality.

What the hell, you have to fill these things yourself??? Thought I was buying a rest that's already filled smh. Why have a picture of the rests that are plum full if they don't come that way?? What a fn annoying disappointment. So now I have to get back on Amazon and buy something to fill it with. Awesome. Will not recommend

Perfect for protecting furniture and walls/doors. So one of our dressers is close to a door and it kept banging into it and eventually would have damaged something. These help to protect it and you can't even notice them.

Probably won't last long.. Put lead shot in these ($$$) and I can see shot coming out of some of the seams right after filling. The flaps for the fill area have large gaps in the stiching on both bags (and it's the bottom during use). Will try to fill with silicone or something..Hopefully they'll lodge in and minimize loss where there isnt a bonefied gap in the stitching as shown. Not sure I'd put anything in these other than rice or sand (something cheap only)
