Satin Ice White Buttercream Frosting - 1lb - Pail

After many failed attempts over the years to make homemade buttercream icing, I decided to look for something pre-made, because I should not have to live without one of my favorite foods on the planet. Amazon has a pretty decent selection of them, so I finally decided on this one as my first to try. I’m not at all disappointed in my choice. It was pretty simple to add just butter and a little water to make it the right consistency for spreading, and it tasted wonderful. Don’t know if this one will be my favorite one since I only have tried 2 so far with the other one being horrible, but as of now, it’s a keeper.

0/10. It smells like a foot, tastes like a pencil eraser and leaves a thick layer of oil on the roof of your mouth. It also gets pools of oil if you leave it sitting at room temp for too long. I also don’t know why but I assumed a pound would be a lot more than it was so.. the price is horrible considering the quality and amount you get. It’s the size of the pre packaged frosting that you get at any grocery store. Your better off taking a trip to the store to pay $0.99 for the same amount of way better tasting frosting. Worst frosting experience of my life and almost $20 I will never get back. I would’ve spent less MAKING real butter cream.

Really small for the price, but great taste.

This icing is so good! It’s not too sweet and it’s great for making flowers. The only problem I had was the icing was left in the mailbox and had melted some I expected a full bucket.

DONT BUY! the taste is horrible. Tastes like burnt plastic and I’m sure it’s chemicals from the container it’s in. Color is good but definitely not worth it.
