I really enjoyed this one. Turned out nice I think. It has some parts that are a bit fiddly to create but over all it isn't to difficult. The instructions are easy to follow, like all the others. I do recommend to check if all the parts a present. Mine had a piece missing, but I always keep all the spares from previous kits and I found something to make the missing piece. Also read through the instructions first before starting.If you have made one before it's going to be a doddle. If you never have made one of these or anything similar I would recommend to start with "Colmar Town" that was the easiest so far.

Great for crafty people! If you're willing to commit a few hours, or a couple days if you take it slow, it makes a very pretty little space holder in your bookshelf.

Where to start... I've made over 10 book nook miniatures from different brands. This one I have to admit was the most frustrating and worst quality. I had a couple of pieces missing. My lights were so short, the one in the back against the mirror didn't fit. The 3 houses are similar scale, the bird box and santa cottage was not to scale and looked weird. The tree is too big and some of the pieces are so small it was almost impossible to handle. In the end I didn't complete it and decided to use the pieces to make 3 different Xmas scenes in box frames, using my own fairy lights. I don't feel the price paid for this book nook is worth it. I wouldn't recommend this brand, sorry.

Previous kits like this I've done have had grooves and tabs so things go together well and are square. This does not and it was frustrating to get everything square and to stay together. The glue that came with this was rubbish so I bought different glue. The printed sheets with the patterns look like they were printed on a home printer. Overall ok for the price but other kits are better

This has been a pleasure to make, not really for kids .... i had to use a souldering iron for the lights and I used different glue to the one they recommended.... also I do craft a lot so little bits on this I added that weren't in the kit.... I've loved every minute of making it ❤️

Eines der schönsten Book Nooks, welches ich je zusammengebaut habe. Aber Achtung! Dieses Modell ist nichts für Anfänger oder Ungeduldige! Wer so ein Teil als reines 3-D Holz Puzzle betrachtet und es innerhalb von ein paar Stunden zusammengebaut haben möchte, sollte die Finger weglassen. Es ist ein Modell für Detailverliebte Bastler, für die der Weg das Ziel ist. Es gibt so viele liebevolle Details, die man zusammenbaut und dann einsetzt. In den Geschäften links und rechts gibt es überall Inneneinrichtung, welche man später aber nicht mehr gut sieht. Aber man selbst weiß, was alles drin steckt. Man sollte schon sehr geschickt sein. Aber das Ergebnis ist einfach einzigartig und für mich besser wie die wesentlich teureren, aber nur aus gesteckten Holzteilen bestehenden Modellen.
