Best looking smartwatch from a Quality maker!
Update: 5/20/2023 After owning and wearing it for a week now, enjoying it everyday, good call of buying this, my happy stuff of purchase🙂 Did give it some more touch getting extra wrist band of color of preference.. Preload face style maybe limited to some, but also made some purchase on Google Play Store.. Love the new face lift for just $1.99 has more stuff on display like Chronograph style e.g. Day/Date, Compass, Worldtime, Weather is all displayed at same time.. Again screen is so clear (not sure but could be an Amoled), main thing is the brightness, it has an Auto daylight adoption, it means Auto adjustment of brightness.. Like the Always On display, not just wearing a dead black screen. Specially at dark place or at night easy to check time at a quick glance in your wrist. Again, make sure you tune the settings good and the life of battery should last you like 18-20hours of normal use not on a work out mode. My purpose for this watch is mainly casual daily usage, office, church and lots of notifications. -------------‐---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have waited to have this particular version of smartwatch: Looks and style, and not seemingly wearing an out of this world mini computer in your wrist. I just like the traditional looks but eye catching watch.. Does not feel cheap, feel solid and sturdy. I am amazed on how bright and clear is the screen. Did try to order Garmin (the Solar and Titanium version : Screen is awful and barely visible for a double of price), did also try the Tissot smartwatch as really wanted a quality and nice looking version, both ended up being return. This is a keeper, have it in the last 2 days, glad I did Pre-order and my much awaited time did pay me up with complete satisfaction. Could not be more happier and how I can no longer express further joy. Features (that I Enable, not a complete list, but still give me a good run of Battery Life, realistically it can hit 24hours On, but I am not wearing it during my sleep, so far I am confident an 18-20hours give and take still not hitting 0% as dead) Heart Rate sensor (could be 4 as seeing 4 dot behind) Walking counter Calories tracker Lots of notifications that you can enable Calling, Text reply/sending/composing, Email read and delete (havent check if I can reply compose as well) NFC payment Touch screen The battery life got maximize base on my preffered settings, the more notification you have, it will drain faster. Did disable the sound and only vibrate. Will update if anything stand out or issues. Looking forward for it to last longer. I would highly recommend this to anybody that is looking for a watch with class.

poor battery, lots of software bugs, not water resistant
Review updated 5/15/23: Good looking watch if you pair the blue watch with a silver band. battery only lasts half a day or a little more, on minimum usage. lots of software issues with YouQ software , sleep data does not update, takes lots of time and tries, power score does not show up on the watch sometimes, although it shows in the app. In sleep, it always shows 0h for deep, light, REM sleep. never shows any values in YouQ app. sometimes the time stamps are also wrong. lag is response on the watch, sometimes it works ok and sometimes very slow. due to poor battery, not water resistant , returned it. may be in future, i suggest to do proper software verification/validation, lots of nuisance software bugs , make it water resistant, and battery life is important. can't keep charging the watch twice or sometimes 3 times a day (if need sleep tracking at night). Also, no automatic way of turning off the screen when going to bed. I had to enable theater mode to turn off the screen. If any sleep schedule options, then the screen would turn off automatically when bed time. Disappointed by the Gen 2 watch. I ordered it in January back when Amazon started taking orders. Just received it. As soon as I realized it is not even water resistant, I lost interest. Not asking for scuba diving, but a watch should be at least splash proof, basic sweat, washing hands etc. Just minimal. In my opinion, this is a serious design flow. If I were to chose between enabling phone calling on the phone vs making it water resistant, I would have chosen Water resistance capability. Citizen Connected app is very basic and primitive, and lacking basic functionality that other smart watch manufacturers are providing. It is running on Google Wear OS, but Google Wear OS can't be connected to this watch. Disappointing to see how limited and basic Citizen's app is. Watch faces are limited and only a few to choose from. Screen could have been brighter and better. I bought the silver and the blue. Silver is not what Citizen watches normally feel to wear. The band feels like wearing a chain. Not a good feel. Blue is much better in terms of bezel and the band. But the blue band is too rigid. There are nice bands our there that are durable and feels better. And guess who makes those, Citizen Watch Company. I have been a big fan of Citizen watches for decades. Never has a citizen watch disappointed. My latest purchase was Citizen Navihawk. World Class and Top Class watch. I have about a dozen different citizen watches. All are amazing and some are more than 20 years old and still going flawless. A company like Citizen manufacturing a smart watch, that is not on par with the build quality that Citizen offers on their normal watches. Battery life I have to check, but in one hours, I am down to 74% battery life. This is another area that a smart watch should do better. My Amazfit GTR 4 watch gives me about 12 days of continuous usage including sleep tracking, workouts, Always On display. I am really excited about the Power Gauge , Power Score, Power Fix, that the YouQ app has. I have yet to experience it. Fingers crossed. But as a constructive feedback, the app is 'dark background' only. No option to change it to a lighter more visually friendly background. I shall revisit this review in next a few weeks and if YouQ does what it promises, I may give this watch another star. Overall, disappointing experience with the Gen 2 watch. Lacking basics that a smart watch should offer in terms of a user friendly app experience, build quality, and battery life. I remain a big fan of Citizen watches. I grew up with this brand and highly regard it. This review is more of a constructive feedback for Citizen. Please use common sense. Less then mediocre app to experience the full potential of a watch, is a serious lacking in my opinion. Also, the workouts are limited to 2 only. Indoor and Outdoor. On my Amazfit watch, I have 150+ workouts, and several are auto starting.

Nice Look, Critical Flaws: Battery, Apps, Bezel
I love this watch's look. It's a stealth smartwatch that looks like a dress/diver/chronograph but is a full-featured smartwatch. Sadly, its looks are its best point. Battery Life: By the end of the first day, I was running on fumes, down to 6% before I gave up. The good news was that it charges up quickly, in less than an hour or so, but not making it through a whole day is a deal breaker. Apps: My favorite apps are pretty simple: Stopwatch and Timer. Both of these apps work fine, except that after 10 seconds, they hide themselves and show the time display. I searched for a fix for this but never found it. Bezel: It doesn't turn. It's not a rotating bezel like you'd find on a dive watch, but just a fashion statement. Unfortunately, the statement is, "I fell for it." I love Citizen. My favorite watch is a CItizen Garrison military-style chronograph, but I wanted something digital that was easier to read elapsed time on. Sadly, this isn't it. I've ordered a Timex Ironman to do the job, but it won't be as pretty.

Worth the money
I love this watch. I get compliments all the time, it looks great, it's well made and pretty durable, it's easy to use and does just about everything a phone does. The best part is I can respond to texts from the watch with either my voice or the keyboard so I don't have to fiddle with my phone. The only drawback is that it has to be charged daily im lucky if it lasts more than 24 hours, less if I'm using the fitness tracker and health monitors.

Que no dura las 24 horas la bateria , en una jornada de 9 horas ya tenía el 35%de batería, además que se calienta

This watch is not meant for buyers in UAE, as the watch is only meant for US, UK and Canada, I waited for this to reach me 2 weeks and when the product arrived it is not compatible to work with ios or playstore!!!! Why must Amazon even showcase this product in Middle East.. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING

I would NOT recommend the product. Based on the battery life which makes the nice quality watch worthless. Even using minimal fuctions (deactivated wifi, notifications etc, etc) it Will only work for one day....or less. Maybe future models will improve. The quality of the product is ok,not outstanding but looks cool. Recap, ot doesn't worth the noney, I'd better buy a proper Smart watch from mobile brands
