Good product, tested it during travel and the product delivers as deacribed. Though it's a bit pricy but considering the seriousness to keep the vails in a controlled temperature, this product does it job fine

Received the parcel some time back. It doesn't have a cool pad. It is very small flask only. Too much pricy when you need to buy a gel pad. It's very poor chinese product sold by some lucky fellow at a very high price

I received this yesterday and thought I'd test it before actually using it for my insulin. I am taking an international trip and barring any delays, I'll be traveling and waiting at the airport for about 16 hours. As instructed I froze the biogel ice pack as recommended. I may have had it in the freezer round about or slightly longer than the recommended 6 - 8 hours. I took it out of the freezer and placed it in the cannister and it been approximately 21 hours and the ice pack is still frozen. The weather is very hot right now and I have it sitting on my kitchen counter. I use once a week Ozempec and since I'll be traveling for a week, I only need a single pen. I am sure the cannister is able to fit at least 2 Ozempec pens at a time. I drove all around my city to the medical supplies store and pharmacies and none of them had anything for insulin travel. Thank you to the manufacturers of this product. Edit: It is a little over 48 hours and while the gell pack is no longer frozen, it is still cool, not ice cold. I would trust it to keep my insulin cool and safe no longer than the 48 hours. I hope this review helps anyone who was not sure about the product. It is returnable so you can try it out for yourself

Works great! I like the ice pack cover too, so the pens don't touch the cold surface. Nice touch.

Meine Rezension war auf Deutsch und Englisch verfasst, das ist nicht gestattet … Also hier die Kurzversion ohne Fotos: Ob das Produkt an sich was taugt, kann ich noch nicht sagen, Ersteinsatz erst in 10 Tagen - deshalb werde ich es nicht reklamieren und zurückschicken, weil ich es dringend benötige und dafür zu wenig Zeit verbleibt. Der Produktkarton war oben und unten zerrissen, so als ob es sich nicht um einen neuen handelt. Der Deckel des Behälters hat sowohl außen als auch innen jeweils eine deutlich sichtbare Delle, und die Kühlpackhülle ist oben und unten am Rand ausgefranst. Das sollte bei einem Produkt von über 40 Euro nicht der Fall sein. Das ist alles umso ärgerlicher, da es sich um einen Behälter für Medikamentenpens handelt.
