Yes, sellers are required to seal caps of products that don't already have a double seal. It's called "taping" and it's all for the customers' benefit so they don't lose any product in transit :-)

Yes, there is a slight sent but does not effect my husbands very fragrance sensitive skin at all. Another good 100% SPF option is the neutrogena, also does not have much fragrance and good for sensitive skin also available on amazon or boots
