PANEL FLANGING / JOGGLER & 5mm HOLE PUNCH TOOL

Good joggler and punch. I use this for car restorations on 1.2mm mild steel and it does the job just fine. I have read other reviews that say it is hard to joggle the steel however if it is used with the correct technique you will have no problems. Joggling with a hand rather than air tool requires a few passes to achieve the step

The tool supplied was a cheap inferior version that only just marked the surface of the panel I was trying to flange. Sent back

Great item they do the job effectively I just wish I could use them on a thicker steel

Good tool works okay

The hole punch is absolutely fine, I've only tested it on 0.8 and 1mm mild steel sheet for a restoration projection I'm working on but the joddler is a pain to use, not because it swivels as this is easily locked with an allen key but rather due to the recess into the jaws and the amount of two-handed strength required to make a minor joddled lip a simple edge would take numerous passes and it's hard to keep it consistent too. You're much better off with an air tool for joddling.

sent back the tool 4 weeks ago with no reply and I had to pay for the postage counting postage and buying the tool left it very expensive. I bought a air flanging tool which also punches a 5 mm hole, now that was a great buy, I should have had done that in the first place instead of wasting good money on a toy flanging tool.
