LED Grow Light 100W w/Integrated Circulation Fan, Compatible with App, AeroLight A100, Tunable Spectrum, Used with Growhub Controller E42A/E25 to Achieve More

I’ve never been able to get a marjoram seed to sprout until I bought this light. I bought the controller and had that and my parsley growing in no time. Lovely.

Packaging was good units were shipped and delivered without injury. The lights are bright. The fans are loud. The quality control seems decent. manufacturing seems decent. The heat level seems acceptable. The value for the money seems acceptable, considering the competition on the market. The plug is long enough to supply power from 4 feet. The issue is the product page sells you on all of these amazing features, and you find out when you get the package at home that none of these features are available unless you upgrade and buy additional hardware. There’s a name for this. It’s called bait and switch and it’s illegal… the app doesn’t connect to the lights without the controller. The controller is an additional $89. But the product page says the light is compatible with the app and with the controller. It doesn’t indicate that the controller is required to use the app. So if you just bought the light without the controller like me, the functionality is extremely limited, there is no control for the light spectrum, there is no control for the fan speed, there’s no control for anything. And that is why I give this product one star, for using Bait-and-switch tactics, for having no additional functionality that it was in fact marketed with. It’s just a dumb light with a loud fan.

I really like this light and so do my plants

The light was amazing, however the GrowHub unit was flickering and wouldn’t actually connect correctly. I reached out to customer service who was going to replace it, but I got impatient and just returned the package to Amazon and ordered another one on prime day. Once I get a working controller this will be a great light… and the app is top-notch!!

The product arrived earlier than expected and the package was neat and secure. Everything inside was well protected and organized neatly. With everything included it made installation very easy. The light itself isn’t very heavy and feels more durable than I expected. The grow hub itself just brings everything together and makes it was easy to know what’s really going on with your plants. The wings are solid and stay in place pretty well. I can’t hear the fan on the one I got and after playing with the wings and my ppfd meter I can confidently say this light should be essential to anyone, especially newbies. Vivosuns customer service has always been very accommodating and that’s appreciated. I have a lot of vivosun products but not one has let me down yet. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to take their grow to the next level or just wants to get a little more serious about the final result.
