Clean and clear so far
The product was easy to install after you figure out how it goes. It seems well-designed and built. I don't know how long it will last but it is worth giving it a try. The wiper blade is also included. 4-star due to lack of instructions.

Excellent Value and Quality
The wiper arm has excellent fit and finish feels like OEM quality. One thing I wanted to know was if the arm was glass fiber reinforced. I can confirm that it is. This seems like the part will last a long wiper. The wiper itself is decent but we will have to see on longevity.

It works
Take my 2018 focus with broken wiper. Replace entire arm forget about replacing the blade only. Remove the 13 mm nut under the plastic base cover that pops off save nut and wavy washer to reuse. Put silicone or other penetrant on the visible shaft before attempting to remove the arm. The arm and wiper motor shaft have teeth so don’t twist the arm off, instead gently pull or pry the arm off the shaft. No twisting. Arm pops of with a little pry force. A puller will work of course if you have one. Not required. Now put new blade on the arm and position the arm on the shaft where it belongs and push in by hand about a quarter inch. Put washer and nut on and tighten, easy with the ratchet. Not too tight. Voila !!
