This review is long overdue. If you have PMDD like me, take this. If you are already entering the perimenopause era (even though your doctor doesn’t believe you and says no you’re too young), like me, take this. This pill works for me every single time. I take it half way through my cycle when I start ovulating and if I don’t then my hormones take over and it’s a very depressive time. I find relief by day 2 of taking it just once a day. The ingredients are natural and you can’t go wrong with the fact that you are taking a holistic approach to feel like yourself again. For me, it isn’t an enormous pill like some people say but if you are sensitive then maybe try a different form of primrose oil. I absolutely love this, I live by it. It has given me relief I never knew I desperately needed. It’s like finally being able to catch your breath when your hormones drown you in emotions.

I have always had bad circulation in my feet, and now that I have reached the age of another stage of the joy of womanhood I am bothered by that more than I was when I was younger. I get plenty of exercise and lots of sleep so you would think that might help, but no - it doesn't seem like anything free works. So, hence I bought these because I read that evening primrose helps. It has only been a few days but already my feet don't hurt and swell as much at the end of the day, and I haven't checked but I suspect it is also helping a lot more of me. These are the biggest pills I have ever taken however - and I have taken some pretty big ones in my life that were at least as long, but not as wide too. I find that taking a gulp of water along with a capsule and then tossing my head back quickly works to make it easier to go down - somewhat like a seal swallowing a fish.
