Absurd to have this with a US plug on UK Amazon. A travel plug converter is not sufficient, as it is set up for the incorrect voltage. Also disengenuous of Amazon to have this at 4.2 stars when all the UK reviews are complaining about the same issue!

It seems utterly useless to buy this if you intend on using it in the UK. You'll need a proper converter, not just an adapter to make it work. We mistakenly used an adapter and this ruined the air pump and therefore the whole bed before we even used it for the first time. They need to make this a very clear point when selling in the UK.

Why in the world is it coming with an American plug? What's the point of ordering it from the UK Amazon?

What a load of crap the item was sent broken & not impressed with over all standards

After using this for the first time and inflating the mattress as per the instructions, there was a low inside at the pump and immediately smoke and sparks appeared. I tried again and it got worse. The pump doesn't work anymore and it could have caused a serious danger. This is not safe and unfortunately my warranty expired before I tested it. Not recommended, it was expensive and a trusted brand and I am severely let down and disappointed.

Air mattress was excellent! I followed the instructions, blew it up, let it sit for 24 hrs, deflated and packed it up for camping. Comes with a carry bag but it's thin so I'll replace it with thicker material. Very comfortable and supportive. Pump was quick and has a compartment to store the plug. I'd buy again and highly recommend!

Bought this bed as Sealy Alwayzaire seems to be sold out everywhere. Was hard to tell from reviews if this was good. I bought it as some reviews were good but I may have received a defective one. I used the bed 5 nights in a row and gave the bed a chance as the site said that stretching is normal. Mine was definitely not a stretching issue but was deflating. I'd wake up as the bed was severely sagging. I've returned the product. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did but my experience was sub par.

Quality is good and no leaks after a year of use.
