Sprinkle the love
Very fine sprinter. The end spout didn’t fit snuggly on the watering can but I used a bit of plumbers tape to give a water tight seal and that did the job.

Fine rose
Whilst I haven't used the rose yet, I can see it will have a fine spray as I had wanted. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit the watering can I had in mind but that is more down to my measuring than a fault with the product. Fortunately, it does fit another watering can so I won't need to send it back.

Expensive for what it is
Not particularly good quality. Certainly does not fit most popular watering cans. I have had to use duck tape to fix it on to my can. Only positive is that it gives a nice fine spray.

It does a very good job
I wanted a fine spray rose & decided on this one because it was clearly better than most on offer. I thought it was perhaps a little pricey, but actually it has proved to be well worth the money. It fits well & works well without dripping. Highly recommended.

I bought this for watering seed trays in my greenhouse.
This just arrived but I don't need to use it to see it is fit for purpose and has very fine holes in what looks like a brass rose which is what I wanted. the plastic body is flexible and it should be possible to remove the metal rose for cleaning. experience with these fine roses in the past suggests they always need to be cleaned periodically. It fits two out of three watering cans i tried it on.

What has happened to Hawes ? What a waste if money
I was so looking forward to using this rose, after all it is a Hawes, but the reality fell way short of even a cheap product.I have three watering cans, a generic plastic one, a generic metal one (that leaks) and a Hawes metal one. This rose didn't fit any of them, even the Hawes. To be honest the Hawes can was the better fit, but even pushing it on relatively hard it was so loose it kept just falling off. Then to add insult to injury, pushing it back on for the 100th time the brass plate popped out of the cheap bendy plastic (as shown in the photo),I am so disappointed, what has happened to Hawes quality ? What a waste of money. I advise you to avoid (and I thought I'd never say that about a Hawes product)No idea it is as good a fine spray as advertised as it never worked and is now just a pile of plastic and brass junk.

Next best to a Haws...
Works well, a very fine wetting spray reminiscent of the Haws watering can I used for many years. Dribbles a bit (some sealant around the edge should cure that) but the spray it produces converts a relativly cheap 5 litre plastic watering can into something like the wonderfully designed plastic Haws watering can I used for many years but for some reason is no longer available.

Perfect fit!
Didn't expect to fit my watering can so perfectly. Now I finally have a rose with a gentle most water flow for my seedlings. A bit pricey tho, but am happy.
