Makes a good gluten-free breakfast meal. Too much sugar, however. Also, I use milk in the mix instead of water.

I was excited to try these different brands of gluten-free baked goods. The pumpkin bread was amazing but the corn bread was just ok. The cinnamon and chocolate are both delightful and I buy them regularly.

These products are very easy to make. You can even make them dairy free, as well. I make them as small muffins, cupcake size. They are moist and taste good plus the texture is no different than regular gluten stuff. I get at least 15 cupcake size or more, so the cost is good.
