I take it at night.
I've given this to myself and others in the household before bedtime. It helps to rest and sleep and we don't wake up groggy. I love this stuff. Lifetime customer here. Don't change the formula. Thank you.

Good value, really helps
I used to take True Calm twice a day so I tried this bc it is one a day so more value for the price. This helped me stay calm during stress better. Also seems to make me not hungry so that’s a win for me as I want to lose weight.

Amazing product!!!
This is an amazing product. I am using it everyday like the directions say. Easy to shallow with no aftertaste. This keeps me mellowed out all day. Little things don't bother me anymore. I would definitely recommend this!!!!
