I don't know exactly but it seems pretty big to me and would fit almost anyone. There is quite a large velcro area which is obviously used to tighten or slacken as necessary and gives a wide range of fit. i am very pleased with it.

Can I purchase just the arm pressure piece? Mine is leaking air, but the main unit is still working. Thanks
